Conserve motorizate vibreaza la unison; sunetul conservelor, tinichelelor, bucatilor de metal, resturi electronice, hartie, lemn, apa si vant \u2013 sunt modulate si amplificate prin microfoane.

\nChristine Sch\u00f6rkhuber are studii de media si arta instalatiei si lucreaza si cu instalatii de sunet. De aceea muzica ei se focuseaza pe obiecte. Christine este in cautare de sunete specifice emise de obiectele regasite in viata de zi cu zi, carora le potenteaza caracterul atribuindu-le sens si forma.Canned Fit a fost prezentat in diverse festivaluri internationale, cluburi si spatii artistice, si a fost recent selectionat in cadrul New Austrian Sound of Music Programme 2014\/15.
\nChristine Sch\u00f6rkhuberNascuta in 1982 in Waidhofen \u2013 Austria, Christine Sch\u00f6rkhuber a studiat pictura si video-instalatia la Academia de Arte Frumoase din Viena. Este artist media, creator de film si musician. Realizeaza instalatii sonore si arta video in spatii publice si sustine show-uri live.

\nThe sound artist Christine Schoerkhuber works with a fragile yet powerfull setup consisting of self-built electronic analog interfaces, sonorous everyday commodities and her voice.
\nThe performance is trembling between subtle crunchy sounds, song fragments, noise-fields and penetrating drones.<\/p>\n

Canned fit is a experimental, performative Music act. The sound sphere is created by hacked effect tools, fingermicrophons, voice, feedback and a trash orchestra of found sonorous footage. Motorized Cans vibrate in Tune, the sound of Materials like Cans, Tins, Metal parts, electronic trash, Paper, Wood, Water and Wind are modulated and amplified through open mics. Christine Schoerkhuber was educated in media and installation art and also works with sound installations. Therefor she has an object-orientated approach towards her music. She is searching for specific sounds in the little things and enforces their character by giving them a function and a shape, similar to a sculpturer working on his material. Situation, room resonance and soundsystem are not considered just as circumstance and necessity, but as instruments on their own.
